Yep. Free. For how long? We don't know, but if your reading this, then it's free for you today! 
A typical VSP plan, if you read all the benefits provided, will tell you that you are entitled to discounted retinal screening (discounted usually meaning $39) with your vision benefits through VSP. If you come to our Amarillo office though, we are doing the Optos wide field imaging scanner for FREE. So if your calling around (or texting, you can text our office number!) be sure to ask how much they charge for the Optos when you are seen using your VSP plan. and compare it to our price of $0.00

​50% Off Second Pair W/ VSP 

Using VSP Benefits on your first pair is a great way to get access to better quality products at an affordable price. Most VSP plans also offer a discount of between 20 and 30 % off your second pair. Since we do 50% off second pairs for our patients without insurance, we decided to make that the discount on VSP as well. So..  50% off your second pair.. pretty, pretty sweet deal. Maybe others are doing this? I don't know, but if your shopping around Amarillo for an eye doctor then it's worth asking right? 

Same Day Service on Single Vision Glasses

Same day eye glasses for VSP is awesome! Ok, we can't do it on progressives and bi-focals because of some rules that VSP has (nobody in network can), but for single vision glasses this a super nice option to have! If same day service is something you're interested in, be sure to mention it when you come in. Not all lenses are stocked in office, so we'll want to make sure we're matching you up with one that is! (Your prescription and our inventory will determine what we can do in office, so check with our optical before getting too excited about this feature)
